Brandon Auster, BEA HR's founder and principal consultant, is passionate about using his experience and skills to help clients solve problems, meet challenges and build capacity to be successful.
After over twenty-plus years in both consulting and corporate roles, Brandon has sat on both sides of the table. This experience allows him to quickly build strong partnerships, understand client needs and get to the heart of what needs to be done and what will work in any situation.
With a background as a consulting leader with Deloitte and as VP of Compensation at First Data (Fortune 500, now part of Fiserv) and VP of Total Rewards at Cerner (Fortune 500, now part of Oracle), Brandon has led and delivered on many complex projects.
He has excelled in working strategically and collaboratively across stakeholder groups to develop and deliver holistic and winning solutions. He has partnered closely, building trusted relationships with Compensation Committees, C-Suite executives, managers, employees and across all functions.
Brandon relishes working with smaller companies in need of a trusted and experienced partner to solve immediate challenges in very practical ways.
Brandon has a BS in Economics from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, lives in Denver and serves clients across the US and beyond.
